Our direct services are offered at our Puerto La Cruz office. Rest assured that we can fulfill your needs in any other port in Venezuela, through our allies. Summarizing, we offer services before importing, services during the import or export process and services after importing.

1. In the first stage, (before importing) our company can advise you on: customs duty classifications, proceedings with different Government agencies (Finance Ministry, CADIVI; Sencamer, SENIAT, etc.), request the import proceedings and even request temporary admission of goods.

2. In the second stage (services during import or export), we offer you customs services under permission of the Ministry of Finance (Registry Number 1.487). The following proceedings are carried out in this stage:

• Customs declaration.
• Verification of cargo conditions to determine possible losses, declaration of losses to make the law-bound reductions, and paperwork related to insurance claims on the lost cargoes.
• Coordination of land transportation.
• Subcontracting of land transportation, or, if such is the case, coordination with the transportation company the client selects for the particular cargo. At the third and last stage (services after importing), we can advise on proceedings related to insurance claims, fines of related Government agencies, classification discrepancies, etc.
